Topic: In praise of Hyundai Customer Services

Had a publised problem with a sat nav head on my i40. Both dealer and Hyundai customer services were involved. The new unit was sourced, from Germany and fitted all within 10 days. Today I received a letter from CS apologising for all the messing about and enclosed a £20 Amazon voucher as a gesture of goodwill..

    I know we are all quick to complain these days but equally we should give praise where its due. A nice gesture and keeps the customers goodwill..Thanks Hyundai
