Title: New owner and hello

Hi folks,
Clifford from Northern Ireland, 
Just got myself an i30 1.6 diesel....to get me back and forth to work after my Pug 407sw decided to go to the scrapyard in the sky lo,,
Does this wee car have a DPF ?
do I put Add Blue in at all ?

Hi Cliff.

Your FD won't have a DPF and doesn't need adblue.

Thanks very much for that, so would I just need to use the odd small bottle of injector cleaner etc ?

Had my I30 SE Nav CRDi for 8 1/2 years.  Have had no need or inclination to use an injector cleaner.  Never had and have had no issues with them.  Only problem in starting the car, was with the battery, which required replacing two years ago.
