It's cheaper with a Tucson on a 2 year service cycle to pay for services on demand.
HOWEVER, if you get the 5 year package, you get a service each year - that means yearly oil and a full vehicle check, plus a chance to update any software and maps without making the effort to go in just for those.
I feel 2 years is too long between engine oil changes, especially on a diesel when the oil gets acidic so for me it's worth a bit extra for the plan to double the number of changes - and the plan is a good deal cheaper than 5 services charges.
Thank heavens the Tucson 2l SE 185 does not have a cambelt - that's at least one major expense gone.
