First service

Does anyone know roughly how long a first service takes? My ix20 is going in tomorrow and I didn’t ask. Just wonderng so I can plan my day

Probably about 30 mins but it depends where it is fitted in the rota, if lucky half a day, if not all day, most dealers want them about 08.30. from then pot luck

it was just under an hour which was good. apparantly next year is 2 hours..
